I'm always 100% honest with you,🙌🏻  so I wanna tell you when I started working out in the gym, It was because I want to look good🪞. But, In this journey, I ended falling in love with the all the benefits that go to the gym gives to you. But, we can't forget that the majority of us started with the intention to look better in front of the mirror. That's why I'll give  I'll give you 7 secrets to improve and elevate your physique. 📈

1️⃣Proportional body: Proportion in body fitness generally refers to the balance and symmetry of muscle development and body composition.

2️⃣Address your posture: Addressing your posture is important for overall health and well-being. Poor posture can lead to various musculoskeletal problems and discomfort. We are gonna use the Overhead Press and the Pull Up.

3️⃣It's also important to have a low percentage body fat. If you can have a low percentage body fat, your muscles are gonna look bigger, and also you are gonna look more aesthetic.
