If your goal is to get below 10% body fat, I won't sugar coat it. 

It's tough. 

Super tough. 

It doesn't feel great. 

But it looks pretty awesome. 

I'm a true believer that no one should be below 10% body fat for long periods of time, because of what it does to your body, but if you have a special occasion like a photoshoot, a competition, or a beach trip, it can be more than worthy to do a little shred. 

I've gotten below the 10% mark many times in my career, and I've tried many more. 

So in this episode, I want to share with you the 5 things that helped me get below that mark and how you can apply them in your own transformation.
